In Term 1, our Year 9 student's major Assessment Task required them to select a health issue that impacts young people; remembering that health refers the emotional, social, physical, spiritual and mental components. Once they selected a health issue, they needed to create awareness for that issue. They could present their task any way that they liked, but it had to be ICT based. In their task they needed to include relevant information that explains the health issue, explain why there needs to be support for the health issue, propose ways there could more awareness on the given issue and identify support services for that health issue.
